UNDERSTANDING PPC
| Q. What is Pay Per Click? | top |
| A. Pay Per Click (PPC) is a form of search engine advertising on Google, Yahoo, MSN, and more. A searcher types in a keyword, sees your ad, clicks on it and goes to your website. You pay only when someone clicks on your ad. |
| Q. Where will my ads appear? | top |
| A. Your ads will be seen on the major search engines - Google, Yahoo, and MSN. |
ACCOUNT LOGISTICS
| Q. Why do you charge a nonrefundable setup fee? | top |
| A. PropertyMinder's PPC setup fee includes the analysis of your geographic locations, setting up an account with the search engines, selecting the right keywords for your site and services, creating ads and campaigns within search engines, determining the cost per click for your keywords, landing pages, display URL's, keyword grouping and more. |
| Q. How long will it take before I can see my ads appearing? | top |
| A. It will depend on when we receive your completed order form and account requirements. We have three activation cycles for Pay per Click: 10th, 20th or 30th of every month. |
| Q. Will you notify me when my PPC account is active? | top |
| A. Yes. We will notify you via email, unless you've requested otherwise. This will allow you to start tracking hits to your site. |
| Q. Why do you only allow five (5) clients to advertise in one city/location? | top |
| A. We made our PPC Advertising service exclusive. This avoids massive competition within our client database. With this, you get a more focused and personalized service as well. |
| Q. What happens if the costs per click of my keywords increase or decrease? | top |
| A. Due to the competitive nature of Pay per Click advertising, the costs per click of keywords fluctuate at any time. This will result to more or less clicks than what you've originally purchased, depending on the popularity of the areas you selected. PropertyMinder guarantees that the clicks will not decrease over 10% should the cost of clicks increase in any of your areas. |
| Q. Can I put my account on hold? | top |
| A. Due to the competitive nature of PPC Advertising, we are not allowing clients to put their accounts on hold. Once a location becomes available, we will accept new orders. |
| Q. Do I have to sign a contract for a certain period of time? | top |
| A. No, our PPC program is on a month-to-month basis. |
| Q. What's your cancellation policy? | top |
| A. Cancellation is available with a 30-day notice in writing. Please email ppc@propertyminder.com |
| Q. Can I add more keywords to my account? | top |
| A. Most likely, we'll have all the keywords you want. Our PPC experts continuously research relevant real estate related keywords. If you need to add keywords because of a new specialty, emailppc@propertyminder.com. |
| Q. Do I have to pay for additional keywords? What if I need to advertise a new page on my site? | top |
| A. PropertyMinder understands that the real estate business changes all the time. We do not charge our PPC clients to add keywords or advertise a new page on their sites. This often surprises our clients because some companies charge per keyword. We take pride in supporting our clients as they grow and change. |
| Q. Why do you need to monitor my account? | top |
| A. Monitoring is essential to keep your campaigns working. We make sure that no ads are disapproved, the keywords are active and you get the exposure needed for us to deliver you the clicks you purchased. |
| Q. What is your billing policy? | top |
| A. A one-time setup fee is billed before we start working on your account. The pre-paid monthly fee depends on your selected locations and number of clicks purchased. |
| Q. I already have existing accounts with Google, Yahoo and MSN. What do I need to do to have you manage them for me? | top |
| A. When you sign up, let us know that you have existing accounts. We will modify the current accounts and manage them just like the rest of our clients. |
| Q. When do you send reports? What will I get? | top |
| A. We send monthly reports containing the summary of the clicks you received from search engines per location. |
| Q. Do I need to have a PropertyMinder website to be a PPC client? | top |
| A. You don't have to be a PropertyMinder client to have a PPC account with us; however, it is more advantageous to have a site with us because of our lead capture system. Please note that we will only accept real estate websites. This is our expertise. Call our PPC experts at 1-800-807-3890 to discuss your options. |

SPECIAL PPC QUESTIONS
| Q. I know you don't guarantee ranking, but what contributes to increasing my spot on search results? | top |
| A. There are various factors that can influence your ranking: budget, relevant content on your site, good website history (people actually going to your site), relevant ads, and more. |
| Q. I receive tons of offers for PPC Management. Why should I use Click Web? | top |
| A. Click Web focuses on real estate. Our core and expertise is providing our clients with the best online exposure possible. Our PPC program keeps improving, just as the online market keeps changing. |
| Q. Can you define some of the common Pay Per Click terms? | top |
| A. Search Engine - website where people search for almost anything and everything by typing specific keywords. Popular search engines are Yahoo, Google, MSN and Ask.
Click - a click happens when a user literally clicks on your ad after it appears as a sponsored link on the search engine. The user then goes to your site.
Hit - is when the user lands on your site and starts looking for what he or she needs.
Impressions - number of times your ad was seen by users on search engines.
Conversion - if the user clicks the ad and lands on the agent site, he/she can then request a search on the site, submit an email, phone number, etc. This is a lead capture. In this case the click has converted into a lead capture. If 10 people clicked the ad and only 1 person is captured, then the conversion ratio is 10%.
