For over 10 years, PropertyMinder has been a leader in website design and internet marketing for the real estate industry. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Inside Sales representative who knows the real estate industry, internet & website sales.
Requirements:
- Follow-up and qualify inbound leads.
- Outperform monthly quota objectives through inbound sales activities.
- Demo website product via phone and webinars
- Set appointments with key decision makers at current and prospect accounts
- Build key relationships with large accounts to increase results
- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and customers through salesforce.com
- Report on sales activity, results, and other quantifiable sales objectives
- <5% outside sales or office visits
Qualifications
- College Degree, minimum of 1 year experience with a technology or software company
- 3.-5 years of Inside Sales Experience
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of HTML, WWW, SEO, Photoshop preferred, not required
Salesforce.com experience preferred, not required
Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments

Graphic Design Intern
For over 10 years, PropertyMinder has been a leader in website design and internet marketing for the real estate industry. We are looking for a junior graphic design intern who wants to build their design portfolio while working at a Silicon Valley graphic design company.
Requirements:
- Producing practical and grounded design solutions that address complex business and marketing needs
- Designing for a wide range of web initiatives - creating designs and visual mock-ups, Hands-on in development of web sites pages layout, images, and web assets.
- Helping developing multimedia tools and marketing collateral for mass production
- Working with team to develop graphic for - storyboarding, demos, videos.
- Prepare graphics for Senior Graphic designers
Qualifications
- Experience in Web-based design and print production
- Excellent design skills and an outstanding portfolio
- Must demonstrate outstanding design talent and creativity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate your design and advocate best practice solutions
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading design tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of HTML + CSS + javascript.
- A portfolio must be submitted along with resume for consideration
